Mindfulness: a mental state in which an individual is in the present moment.  In clinical mental health treatment, mindfulness has been known to reduce stress levels and help regulate emotions.  It has been extensively research and backed by many professional practitioners.  Dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mate.  Some mats will be available for use.  Ages 16 and up.
