Mindfulness: a mental state in which an individual is in the present moment.  In clinical mental health treatment, mindfulness has been known to reduce stress levels and help regulate emotions. It has been extensively researched and backed by many professional practitioners.  Come dressed in something comfortable and bring a Yoga mat if you have one.  Some mats will be available for use.  For ages 16 and above.
