Ages 18 and older.  The Ogden Seed Exchange is a non-profit organization that was founded to provide free public education to those interested in growing, saving and sharing heirloom seeds.  One of their main goals is to promote knowledge on seed saving, which is the practice of saving seeds from vegetables, grains, herbs and flowers.  They will host a seed saving workshop and demonstrate the process needed to clean seeds properly, how to spot seed-borne diseases, and how to store seeds correctly to maintain viability.
