Haikus by Micah

These are poems I’ve made over the last few months, allowing them to channel my thoughts into magic. They give me egress from life and its many hardships. These haikus helped me and now I hope they help you. 

INNER PEACE

There is strife on earth,

Find inner peace. Embrace it.

And you will be safe.

INNER FLAME

A compass of light,

An inner flame that shall guide.

A bright inner force

ANGER

Hot piercing burning

Cold inner flames that can hurt

A dark inner force

COLORS OF THE WORLD

Worlds are black and gray. 

Unless it is a good day,

Then. Many colors.

BOTTLE

A bottle that keeps.

keeps all my emotions.

No way for egress.

EMOTIONS

I'm always fighting

Funny, cheerful, angry, sad.

Many emotions

ZZZZZ

I’m very tired. 

I could sleep sleep sleep all day,

Fight to stay awake.

MELON BUDDY’S NO.1

The Watermelon 

Sits on a log all alone.

It is very sad.

Poor Watermelon,

Perhaps he could use a friend? 

Hello Cantaloupe.

PALM TREE

They drop coconuts.

Dink donk they knock people out.

“Oops” says the palm tree.

COCKROACHES

EEE!! AHH!! OHH! ERR!! BLAG!!

There’s cockroaches in my pants!! 

Please help get them out!!!

MUSIC

There's music in me,

But it rings wrong at this time.

I need to ring true.

Power and control

It's a thing we all crave

But who can have it?
