Election Day
Election Day is Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
Check Your Voter Registration Status
Make sure you are registered before the voter registration deadline by going to Vote.Utah.gov.
You will need to re-register to vote if you have moved or changed your name.
Register to Vote
Pick up a voter registration form at any Weber County Library location or download a copy here. Fill out the registration form (don't forget to sign it!) and turn it in. There are multiple ways to submit your form.
- To any Weber County Library location.
- Email the completed form to elections@weberelections.gov.
- Mail it to the Office of the Utah Lieutenant Governor, Elections Division, P.O. Box 14235, Salt Lake City, UT 84114.
- Drop it off or mail it to the Weber Center located at Weber County Clerk/Auditor Office, 2380 Washington Blvd. Suite #320, Ogden, Utah 84401.
You can also register to vote online at Vote.Utah.gov (requires a valid Utah Driver License).
Please note: to register to vote, you are required to be a resident of Utah for 30 days immediately prior to Election Day.
Voter Registration Deadline
To vote in the November general election, all voter registrations must be received by the Weber County Clerk/Auditor’s office by 5:00 p.m. on October 25, 2024.
Who Can Vote in Utah Elections
You can register to vote if you are:
- A citizen of the United States.
- A Utah resident for at least 30 days prior to Election Day.
- At least 18 years of age on or before the day of the General Election. (Teens aged 16 and 17 may pre-register to vote and will be automatically sent a ballot when they officially become eligible to vote.)
- Residing at the address where you are registering.
Poll Locations
Utah is a Vote-by-Mail State. All registered Weber County voters will receive their ballot in the mail about three weeks before Election Day. Completed ballots can be mailed to the Elections Office or put into a ballot drop box in Weber County.
If you don't receive your ballot or need assistance, you may vote in person at a Voting Assistance Center.
